About the Team
You will be joining the Mediterranean team at Nutanix, which is based out of Tel Aviv. This team is known for its exceptional performance and collaboration, creating a dynamic and rewarding environment for all members. The team's mission is to expand Nutanix's presence in the region by delivering innovative solutions that address the specific needs of enterprises, particularly within Enterprise accounts. 
You will report to the Sales Director, who fosters a supportive and collaborative leadership style, empowering team members to take initiative and think strategically. The role offers a hybrid work setup, requiring the hire to work in the office three days a week when not attending customer meetings, enabling a balance between team collaboration and flexibility.
Travel for this role will be limited to in-country visits, allowing for direct engagement with clients while managing a predictable travel schedule. Any travel outside of this will be primarily for company events or wider team offsites.

 

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Enterprise accounts. 
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to identify new selling opportunities and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to address customer business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales operations, and technical support to drive sales initiatives.
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare formal proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Provide regular status updates and forecasts to the Sales Director on account progress and pipeline development.
  • Identify and leverage customer references to enhance trust and credibility in selling new business.

 

What You Will Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in sales or consulting, specifically within Enterprise sector. 
  • Proven track record of selling to public sector organizations, including FSI, Aerospace and manufacturing. 
  • Strong understanding of target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Experience working with technical specifications required for Nutanix products and services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM tool for effective relationship management and sales tracking.
  • This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. 

 

Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
